This love story is one of those classic dreamy ones people long for. Let me start by saying it was such a pleasant surprise to get a text from a previous client (Jen!) asking me if I would shoot her friend's wedding... I was so in shock at first but so ready!! I said YES right away. Jen and other friends had the sweetest idea of getting Shawn & Alexis a wedding photographer as a gift; & they chose me AHH. Shawn & Alexis have known and dated each other since they were teenagers! I met them for the first time on their engagement session, along with the best man... I knew that we were going to work so well together & have lots of fun! The wedding day rolls around & WOAH did the day go by so fast. I was only looking at the time to see the schedule but there was seriously so many moments (the first looks, the dances) that I was also soaking them in! Everything turned out so beautiful & I couldn't have asked for better people to work with, they made me feel so blessed & remind me why I love what I do SO much... Someone take me back! I will be forever grateful Jen & the others who hired me & for Alexis & Shawn for trusting me in my work.
